- Reservations for Sedans and SUVs require a minimum 36-hour notice for cancellation.
- Reservations for Vans, Stretch Limousines, Mini Coaches, and Motor Coaches require a minimum 30 DAYS notice for cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the client being responsible for the full reservation amount.

- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Please note that a 5% credit card processing fee applies if paying by Credit/Debit card.
- Luxite is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during a charter, and we will only be responsible for making up lost time on a mutually agreed date.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party.
- A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn, and a sanitation fee of $250.00 will apply.
- Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law, and any associated fines will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Our drivers have the right to terminate a run without a refund in case of blatant misconduct by the client(s).
- It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
- Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines, and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
- Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time described on the run sheet.
- Luxite is not responsible for delays or service terminations due to unsafe winter road conditions (e.g., lack of salt, accidents).
- We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
- Balances must be settled with the driver on the run date before the beginning of the service.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
